Rezolve365

Do not call policy for customers

updated: August 30, 2021

Rezolve365 (we) honor the wishes of customers and prospects who do not want to receive telephone solicitation calls. We forbid all representatives, including employees and independent contractors, from making phone calls that solicit any individual who has included their telephone number(s) on the national Do-Not-Call Registry, State do-not-call list, except otherwise permitted by law, or has requested Rezolve365 representatives to not make calls to their specified number(s).

We manage and maintain a company-specific do-not-call list and will honor a request that a phone number be put on the list within a reasonable time of request. Your request can be done by providing the phone number(s) to be added on our do-not-call list through:

  1. Writing and sending it to Rezolve365 with the address below.
  2. Calling Rezolve365 using the phone number below.
  3. Notifying our representative who dialed your number for a telephone solicitation call.

We will not sell this list and share it in any way (except with a Rezolve365 subsidiary or affiliate) without your expressed permission.

Please give us 30 days to enter your phone number(s) in our do-not-call list. After the given period, you should no longer be receiving solicitation calls from any of our representatives. The phone number(s) shall remain in our do-not-call list for five years (depending on the law’s requirements), unless a request to remove it is done by the person who owns the telephone number.

Should you change your telephone number, please inform us about its addition to our list as well.

All Rezolve365 employees or independent contractors who make telephone solicitation calls on Rezolve365’s behalf are provided training on do-not-call procedures, including, but not limited to use of the Rezolve365 do-not-call list.

Also, in compliance with federal rules (Code of Federal Regulations, Section 64.1200), we will mail a copy of this document in response to a consumer’s request.

Telephone-sales rules typically allow companies to contact their own customers, even if those customers appear on the national or state do-not-call lists. Thus, we may still contact our customers for non-solicitation purposes, including billing, claims and other service-related matters.

This ensures our customers’ best possible experience.

We are committed to complying with all applicable do-not-call laws and regulations. Any questions concerning the Rezolve365 do-not-call policy may be directed to:
